According to legislation, in addition to actual shop address the receipt must contain selling organization information too.
To have the correct information shown in the receipt you need to set up Organization and Locations in a personal account according to your legal entity.
Entering Organization
In a personal account go to Settings menu, Organization tab. By default the back office already has Default organization. You can edit this information as you need or Create new.
Fill in all the fields, check the information and press Save
Entering locations
One can also work with locations in Settings, tab Locations. Here you can enter a new location using Create new button.
On the new location page enter the main characteristics of the point of sale:

Name | It will be shown in receipts and in a personal account. |
Code for external integration Address | If you have integration with external system, here the code needs to be indicated. Your actual address. Information is also printed in receipt. |
Organization | Organization from your holding. All locations under this address will belong to the chosen organization. |
City Location | Your actual address. |
Receipt header | Information is also printed in receipt. |
Time zone | Indicate the correct time zone. All reports are affected by this parameter. |
Selling hours | For some reports it is useful to indicate correct working hours for better visual clearity. |
Production hours | This information is useful only for visual clearity of reports. Production can run at all hours. |
Order management system | If you have order assembly stage in the kitchen, or delivery service, you need to choose one of the modes of working with orders. |
After filling in the main properties press Save. If you need to correct the Location properties later, click on its name, edit the data and press Save.
