Creating a production plan makes no sense if bakers do not follow it. Big advantage of a digital production plan in Bakeit.app is that it is easy to control.
Production plan report
Most likely, production process in the production plan is segmentalized, i.e. one item is produced several times a day. In this way the fresh and hot baking will be available all through the day, and not only early in the morning.

If cameras are integrated into Bakeit.app system, then for each production document video sequence will be saved starting 30 seconds before production operation and 1 minute after it:

To increase cameras effectiveness we recommend entering production data immediately after products are taken from the oven.
Notification about production
Notifications sent to a messenger or an email is the instrument allowing you to control the production process throughout the day. A manager saves her/his time and does not need to login and receive notifications.
To configure notifications go to menu Users. Click the necessary User and go to the Notifications tab.
In the Production plans section in the Properties tab choose where notifications should be sent – to email or to a messenger.
In the Locations tab indicate from which locations information is required.
In the Schedule tab indicate the time when notifications should be sent during the week.
After configuration of notifications you will get a Production report to your email at the time convenient for you.
