How to add a promo code

To create a promo code for a promo go to Loyalty menu, Promo codes tab and press Create new button.

Indicate the Name of the promo code, tick the box Active and set up a validity period.

One can limit the number of uses if necessary, both total, i.e. by all clients of the establishment, and for each customer.

If only loyalty program participants can use the promo with a promo code, activate the tick Mandatory Identification. In this case without indicated Client number a cashier will not be able to apply the code to the ticket.

When entering similar codes it is recommended to tick Hide promo code at the cash register. In this case to assign a discount, a cashier needs to enter a full combination. It will reduce error possibility of using the wrong promo.

To attach a promo code to the promo click the field Choose. Only those can be selected from the entire promo list with promo activation using a promo code.

After entering all settings press Save and check the Promo function on a tablet.
