Moving to another warehouse

If you have more than one production shop or several sales points with one production room you may face the problem of documenting and tracking raw materials and semi-products within organization.

To do this operation correctly Transfer document must be created:

– Press the button Create new in the Journal and then select Transfer

– Indicate the location from which the goods are forwarded and the receiving location

Enter the item name in the Add item field, choose the necessary one from the suggested variants and indicate the quantity

– Enter all the shipped goods to the document and press Save

Transfer operation is performed – raw materials have been written-off from one warehouse and sent to a receiving warehouse. Staff members can generate a transfer document of a tablet too.
