After shift open operation on a tablet a cashier is taken to the Sales dashboard automatically.
How to add products to the receipt
To add goods to the receipt press Product or goods category from the list on the left and click the required tile with a product – 1 piece of the chosen product will appear in the receipt.
To change the quantity click the item several times, each time 1 piece will be added, or make a long press with a finger on a tile until the actions menu of a product appears.
Indicate the correct amount of products on a keyboard in the receipt and press Save.
In the same menu one can set discount on a product or delete it from the receipt.
*when catch weight goods are chosen the system will automatically go to menu for quantity indication.
How to delete a product from the receipt
There are two ways of deleting goods mistakenly added to the receipt.
The first method: press the wrong product in the receipt and click the Recycle Bin icon;
The second method: make a long press on the wrong product title on the dashboard and in the appearing window of product actions click Recycle bin icon.
Payment
After adding all the necessary products and indicating correct quantity choose payment method.
In case of cash payment indicate the sum received from the customer for quick change calculation. The most popular banknotes are shown on the right for convenience. Then press Print receipt.
In case of card payment all the information will be transferred to the terminal, if it is integrated, as soon as connection is established. The client only needs to tap the card to the device whereafter the receipt will be printed.
If you have a standalone payment terminal, first enter the amount on the device, ask the customer to tap the card and wait for payment processing. Only after that press Print receipt on a tablet.
