This promo applies when specific products are included in the ticket. A customer may receive a discount on the total ticket, price substitution for products, additional bonuses for a purchase or a free product.

To set up this promo, In the Loyalty tab press Create new button and choose the type Set of products from the list.

Enter a promo name and description which a cashier will see on a tablet.

Choose a promo activation method on a tablet:

1). Manual discount – assigned by a cashier manually

2). Promo code – applies when a cashier enters the required promo code.

In Application conditions set the Period when a discount is effective. One can limit a promo validity by dates, days of the week and time of the day.

In the Locations tab choose the ones in which the promo will be used.

In the Roles tab one can limit application rights. For example, a cashier can make discounts, but a trainee cashier is not allowed to do it.

Settings in Clients tab add customer base restrictions to the application conditions:

1). Without limitations – any customer can use a promo.

2). Any client is indicated in the sale – a cashier must identify a buyer using a telephone number or a bonus card.

3). A client of a specific category is shown in the sale – a buyer must be authorized and belong to the indicated category.

Also it is possible to rank promos by the Ticket amount – a discount cannot be made unless a definite threshold is reached.

Depending on the chosen desired action a Client may get a simple discount for a product set, goods at a special price, increased bonus accrual or a free product.

Discount on all items in the product set

To make a discount on a specific set of products click in the list Discount % on goods in the set. Using theAdd item window choose the items which must be included in the receipt mandatorily. Then indicate how many of them must be put in the receipt and what discount rate shall apply.

Substitution of goods price in a set

Price substitution in a set will automatically change the prices of goods which are included in the set for the indicated ones. But only on the condition that the required quantity is chosen.
