- Go to Menu on a tablet – three stripes in the top-left corner.

2. Choose Other – Inventory.

3. The window for choosing inventory type will appear:
– Full – if the Stock balance of the ENTIRE warehouse needs to be taken
– By categories – counting and setting to zero within the chosen Categories.
– By items – all changes will apply only to chosen items.
Chose BY ITEMS for a baker and BY CATEGORIES for a cashier and press Start.

4. Choose items for counting and indicate their actual quantity. Chosen items appear in the form of a list on the right. If the quantity was entered incorrectly, click on the item and enter the number again. Having recounted all the required balances press Continue.

5. If the actual quantity does not correspond to the planned amount the software will suggest recounting the items with discrepancy.

6. After recounting the items with discrepancy press Continue and then Send.
In order to consolidate the skills, paper version of the Instruction can be printed out for the staff members.
